GENDER.ED Roundtable on Writing and Disseminating Academic Work for ECAs

Those who identify as Early Career Academics are often wondering how to go about writing, publishing, and publicly disseminating recent academic work.

We've invited Melanie Hughes, Professor of Sociology Uni of Pittsburgh, who researches gender and politics, Agomoni Ganguli-Mitra, Senior Lecturer in Bioethics and Global Health Ethics at the Uni of Edinburgh, who works on global bioethics, and Louise Jackson, Professor of History, Uni of Edinburgh who researches gender inequalities at work to talk about their experiences of writing, publishing, editing in academic journals, and disseminating research in non-traditional forms.

The participants will have time to ask questions, clear doubts, and network at a small tea reception right after the session.
